Tristan Danner grew up in American Fork and now calls Springville home — drawn to its quieter pace, natural beauty, and sense of space. As a Utah native, he knows the local market inside and out, and he brings a strong mix of relationship-first energy and strategic thinking to every client interaction.

Tristan got into real estate with a passion for investing — driven by a desire to build wealth through property and help others do the same. That mindset naturally led him to work with both investors and first-time buyers, where he thrives in guiding clients through life-changing decisions with patience, clarity, and confidence.
