Working with Natalie and her team at Wilde real estate was an incredible experience. Not only were they professional, they were cheerful and pleasant to work with. They always had our best interest in mind. I appreciated that they always did their research on comparable listings to help us price our home aggressively. The system they have in place is top notch. Natalie came to do a personalized walk through of our home and gave us specific things to do to help us get ready to sell our home. She told us what upgrades were worth doing and what wouldn't give us a good enough return to make it worth the money. When we were ready to list they came and took professional pictures of our home that really made it shine and look beautiful!! I almost didn't recognize my own house! She personally went door to door in our neighborhood to spread the word about our open houses. And once we started having showings she sent us a spreadsheet where she collected feedback from prospective buyers so we always knew how things were going. The app they used to schedule showings made it so simple for agents to schedule showings with us, we always knew when someone was coming and had advance notice. Once offers started coming in she had a spreadsheet for us to see with itemized details of everything and all costs involved so we always knew. There was no guessing, or hidden fees. Natalie is upfront and honest. And her assistant Danielle was amazing at emailing us all updates. We have no complaints only praise for Natalie and her team. They were even able to get our home closed within 2 weeks! And if that wasn't enough, they have really fun family activities for their clients a few times a year. Hands down recommend, she's the best of the best!!

The Wilde Team was amazing. The agent and coordinator were very cordial and professional. They communicated with us every step of the way. McKelle and her team were amazing! This was our 2nd time working with them. McKelle made sure we knew what was going on in the market to be competitive enough to get our home sold. The process was painless because she helped us step by step. She also went to bat for us on our new home purchase to get us exactly what we wanted. There was some times when our builder wasn’t getting back to us and McKelle was great at keeping them on ball and making sure everything was taken care of.
