We closed very quickly and were over at the home multiple times to make sure all went well. They made it happen and advocated for us. Recommend them in all sense of the process.

McKelle and her team were amazing! This was our 2nd time working with them. McKelle made sure we knew what was going on in the market to be competitive enough to get our home sold. The process was painless because she helped us step by step. She also went to bat for us on our new home purchase to get us exactly what we wanted. There was some times when our builder wasn’t getting back to us and McKelle was great at keeping them on ball and making sure everything was taken care of.

Working with Natalie and her team at Wilde real estate was an incredible experience. Not only were they professional, they were cheerful and pleasant to work with. They always had our best interest in mind. I appreciated that they always did their research on comparable listings to help us price our home aggressively. The system they have in place is top notch. Natalie came to do a personalized walk through of our home and gave us specific things to do to help us get ready to sell our home. She told us what upgrades were worth doing and what wouldn't give us a good enough return to make it worth the money. When we were ready to list they came and took professional pictures of our home that really made it shine and look beautiful!! I almost didn't recognize my own house! She personally went door to door in our neighborhood to spread the word about our open houses. And once we started having showings she sent us a spreadsheet where she collected feedback from prospective buyers so we always knew how things were going. The app they used to schedule showings made it so simple for agents to schedule showings with us, we always knew when someone was coming and had advance notice. Once offers started coming in she had a spreadsheet for us to see with itemized details of everything and all costs involved so we always knew. There was no guessing, or hidden fees. Natalie is upfront and honest. And her assistant Danielle was amazing at emailing us all updates. We have no complaints only praise for Natalie and her team. They were even able to get our home closed within 2 weeks! And if that wasn't enough, they have really fun family activities for their clients a few times a year. Hands down recommend, she's the best of the best!!

Bronson was so so so amazing. We would find a house we wanted to see and would ask Bronson if we could see it right away, and he would respond immediately (seriously, immediately, no matter what time of day) and set it up for us right away and always got us in either the day of or within only a couple of days. We never had to wait long. We also drug him around from Salt Lake to Payson all within a day and he had the best attitude. We would text him with all of our many, many questions and we would hear from him immediately and he always knew the right people to get in touch with. He was also very personable AND professional. Would recommend to absolutely everybody. He stuck with us (we were very picky lol) until he helped us find our dream house. We love Bronson!

Mckelle is the most hands on and professional Realtor out there. She was always on top of keeping us in the loop about any updates on the purchase of our house and while we were searching for one. Jordan was amazing! We were not easy clients. This is the 2nd time we have used Jordan. We had a vert small window where everything needed to happen and honestly didn’t think it would happen. Jordan was so optimistic and worked so hard that everything worked out! He put certain wording in our contracts to make sure everything worked out in our favor. He was honest and let us know upfront what was happening and what he was doing to remedy it. He worked well with our loan officer and answered all of my millions of questions. He was ontop of contracts and changes and made both of our experiences with him very easy.
