McKelle and her team were amazing! This was our 2nd time working with them. McKelle made sure we knew what was going on in the market to be competitive enough to get our home sold. The process was painless because she helped us step by step. She also went to bat for us on our new home purchase to get us exactly what we wanted. There was some times when our builder wasn’t getting back to us and McKelle was great at keeping them on ball and making sure everything was taken care of.

Working with Natalie and her team at Wilde real estate was an incredible experience. Not only were they professional, they were cheerful and pleasant to work with. They always had our best interest in mind. I appreciated that they always did their research on comparable listings to help us price our home aggressively. The system they have in place is top notch. Natalie came to do a personalized walk through of our home and gave us specific things to do to help us get ready to sell our home. The app they used to schedule showings made it so simple for agents to schedule showings with us, we always knew when someone was coming and had advance notice. Once offers started coming in she had a spreadsheet for us to see with itemized details of everything and all costs involved so we always knew. There was no guessing, or hidden fees. Natalie is upfront and honest. And her assistant Danielle was amazing at emailing us all updates. We have no complaints only praise for Natalie and her team. They were even able to get our home closed within 2 weeks! And if that wasn't enough, they have really fun family activities for their clients a few times a year. Hands down recommend, she's the best of the best!!

Jordan was amazing! We were not easy clients. This is the 2nd time we have used Jordan. We had a vert small window where everything needed to happen and honestly didn’t think it would happen. How do you say that Zach is the best realtor you could ever have? He spent over a year and a half looking at house after house after house, to help us find our true dream home. He cared enough to say “I know you guys are excited but I don’t think this is the one for you.” He would meet with us early in the morning, or late at night, to look at any house we asked for. We went under contract on multiple homes, and on many a problem would arise at one point or another, he always fought for us to insure we didn’t get stuck in a home with problems or lose money. In the end we fell in love with a home that seemed impossible to get as it received 25 other offers. But Zach went to bat and got us the home run. Many people offer you a great realtor. But you’re never gonna find someone as knowledgeable about the home buying experience, that also puts your needs and wants first. I hope to buy more homes in the future and I look forward to using Zach every time.

I can’t think of to many house buying stories that involve the ups and downs of mine... that being said I can’t think of any Agents that would have stuck it all out the way Bronson Gomez did. When things were looking good he kept me very informed about everything that was going on when no one else would and when things started going south I would literally call him and he would calm me down from getting too stressed out... and when I had problems with the lender we used , not only did he do his job as my agent but he did the jobs that weren’t even his.. including being a mortgage lender and helping me understand things when everyone was to lazy to explain. Our home buying journey was over a year long and Bronson stuck it out with us the entire time. I don’t think anyone else would have done that. And right when everything was about to fall through... Bronson , not my mortgage lender made all the calls to get us to close on the house we wanted. And even while closing on our home and signing papers with a cranky child in the room he somehow was able to add babysitter to his résumé. YOU CANT DO BETTER THAN BRONSON!

Brett Wilde and his team helped my wife and I get a nice house in Utah County in the middle of a hot market that was hard to keep up with. They answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process of making offers, negotiating, inspections, financing, and closing. 5 stars, these guys are awesome. At first I was skeptical that they had such good reviews, but in the end I was really glad I chose them. We work primarily with Brett's assistant Mckelle. She really knows her stuff and was extremely responsive. We always had an answer to our questions within 30 min. She was honest as she guided us through homes, pointing out all the negatives in addition to the positives. We never felt like they were pushing a sale on us, and got the vibe they would work with us no matter how long it took to find our house. - lending you a moving truck or trailer for free to make your move into your new home a little easier.

We don't plan to move again anytime soon, but if we were to move again locally, there is no question about which real estate agency we would chose (again!) I came to know Brett through an internet search. He was the listing agent of a home that I had an interest in. He was quick to respond and schedule a walk through for us. He took on the normal issues that arise with buying and selling a home head on until they were solved. We almost messed up our deal with our seller by being to involved. Brett smoothed everything out for us. He was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. Brett made buying our dream house smooth and easy for us! He was so kind to take me and my 4 children ages 11, 9, 6 and 4, house hunting. My children were so sad to move from the home they loved. Their reaction to house hunting was less than enthusiastic. Despite the complaints from the children, Brett remained positive and professional. Finally, we drove up to our dream house. The kids smiled, laughed, jumped for joy, and began begging me to buy it. Brett was able to create an offer that fit my needs and what he felt the sellers would be willing to accept. I was so thankful for Brett’s knowledge, skill, and warmth with people especially at this time. Despite the odds, the sellers accepted our first offer that was thousands less than the asking price. When the appraisal came in $30,000 more than the sales price I was ecstatic! He was also able to skillfully negotiate though multiple problems that arose. Brett was successful in extending the home inspection period while we waited for the mold and Radon test results. When the reports came back positive for mold and Radon, Brett was able to negotiate with the sellers to pay an additional $1,800 of our closing costs so we could install a Radon Pump in the home after closing. I was further amazed when after the sale, Brett drove an hour to my home with boxes and his very large 24’ trailer to our old home. He kept it there for us to slowly fill it up that week. Then came back to drive another hour to our new home! Brett is great! He’s fast, knowledgeable, and professional in answering all of my questions and in getting the additional information I needed to make timely and informed decisions. Brett, thank you so much for helping us get our dream home! You made it such a positive experience for us all! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends and family.

While we haven’t yet had the opportunity to test out the Buy Confident side of their slogan, we can confirm the Sell Confident side. Brett’s team helped us sell our home in Pleasant Grove recently. We received a full price offer within a day of listing. Part of this may have been a hot seller’s market, but it’s hard to ignore the benefits that came from detailed guidance about what projects to complete before listing, fantastic photographs including drone photos, and a strong marketing plan that included two open houses on the listing weekend. This isn’t to say that the process was easy. Brett is likely to ask you to do things that you don’t want to do in order to get the property fully ready to sell. Brett helped us through the process of building a new home, then our plans changed. Brett didn't push us, which were scared about.
