What to know as a buyer 🏆

Working with Brett and his team was a great experience. We had tried to sell our home without success earlier in the year with another agency. After that did not work out we came across Brett's team and decided to try listing again. He had our home sold in four days. When we staged the house Bret came over with a box trailer and helped us load up a few items. He then went with us to the storage unit and helped us unload. Throughout the entire process details like that really helped. He also helped when it came to the home inspection. He was able to provide some direction on how to handle the odds and ends that needed to be taken care of prior to closing. When we had to move Bret helped yet again with both a box truck and trailer. The move would not have been possible without his help. In short, it was a great experience to work with Bret and his team.

Brett Wilde is amazing. You won't be disappointed if you work with him on a real estate deal. After helping us through an extensive staging process, he listed our home on a Monday, and we accepted a full price offer on Friday night. It was incredibly fast! In fact, the deal went so quickly that we weren't prepared as buyers with our new property. Brett set all of that up, too. Our deal was not without bumps, but Brett handled all of them quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Brett Wilde to all of my family and friends. He and his team are fantastic!

These guys are the BEST!!! They went far above and beyond in their efforts to help us with the sell and purchase of our homes! Brett and his team were professional and friendly. We were moved out in three weeks, with one day having seven walkthroughs, and five offers. Brett keeps you up to date, and tells you all the small things you can do to shine up your house so that it looks its best and you can show it in the best light. I was especially glad that he had a moving truck to borrow, so that I could ease the process, as well. He even drove it to my sister's house. I was very impressed with Brett and his team, and will be using them the next time I move.

He lent us his truck and trailer when we were moving all of our belongs from our apartment to our new condo, which saved us tons of money and time. He even helped us move some of our heavy furniture.
