Maybe only in Hollywood…but look around. It is here! We are instructed to stay home and, “You’re going to like it!” But Covid or not, people still need to sell their homes.  Jobs change. Families want to get closer to their grandparents.  Folks still want to downsize or upsize.

• Loads of people wanting to come to Utah gives sellers many options. With few homes to the number of people who want to buy one, we have a strong seller’s market. 
• Time! Working from home certainly can give you a new look at your schedule. Come see some homes in real life you did not have time to see during usual 9-5 work hours. You can watch those pre-recorded conference calls during the night and check out your favorite neighborhood options during the day. 
• For health concerns or other reasons, if you are not able to get out of your home, our agents can create a video tour for you.
